If your environment doesn’t support your growth, you may end up loosing enrollment TERMLY.

They ask questions from neighbors in the environment and the report they get evaluate their result.

This is why by all means; repair ENVIRONMENTAL TRUST.

If your house is in the same environment of your school; you may easily grow enemies because they see you everyday.

If you don’t greet them a day, they will hold it against you.

If you don’t buy things from them; they will hold it against you.

This is why you must deliberately create good relationships with key people in your environment.

They will become your mouthpiece to all who enquire your school from them.

When your parents love your school, by all means, protect and reciprocate their love.

They can like your school because of you, but the day you disrespect them or take their love for granted; that is the day your school begin to experience hatred from them.

Understand that most parents meet and discuss about your school outside the environment; they come together to deliberate any disadvantage or advantage they see.

This is why you see that when some parents withdraw from your school; few others follow.

This is to tell you PARENTS has a whole lots of impact on school growth.

Make sure you reciprocate their love;

If they honor you, please honor them.

If they praise you, please praise them.

Never use ARROGANCE or PRIDE to dishonor them.

The day they decide to go, even fasting and praying combined will not work.

Never take for granted the LOVE of genuine parents.

Never extort from them and expect them not to react.

Never make them feel cheated in any activities that you do.

There are little expenses you must deliberately sacrifice to keep the LOVE they have for you.

Some activities that demands #200 from a particular class or from the whole pupils can be taken up as responsibilities from the school.

You can then send a message to them that it cost a token but the school will take responsibility for it.

What have you done?

You have enslave their EMOTIONS AND their mind to see you differently about money.

Once you achieve that; you’ll see them respond to finance any time any day.

Remember;

It takes time to build genuine LOVE but takes seconds to kill it.

And lastly, YOUR STAFF.

These teachers are your real gold. The day you dishonor them or make them feel worthless is the day you start experiencing gossips.

85% of teachers are in school for the SALARY;

Give them the salary to keep them.

ONLY 15% are in the school for the VALUE.

It may take time to see these 15% in your school.

Infact, it may take 5years of establishment of your school before you start seeing these value driven teachers.

These teachers can go extra mile for the school whether salary or no salary. As far as you take care of their minor expenses, they are in.

The challenges is that the salary driven teachers can intimidate the efficiency of the value driven teachers and make their productivity slow.

However, both salary and value driven teachers came to do their assignment.

To keep them; water their appetite (SALARY).

If you have any other benefits, give them.

As you grow and expand; it will be easy to reshuffle your teachers and replace them with NEW ONES.

Never disrespect your teacher in public, learn to scold them in private.

This is because a teacher you disrespect in public automatically has a dent on your school image in public.

How you honor your teachers is how the public honor them.

By all means; create an healthy environment for them to be effective.

As you keep these three (3) factors;

You will begin to see a shift in your school gradually.

Enough of complains, start ACTING.

Develop a WINNING MENTALITY;

Always tell yourself; “I WILL GET OUT OF THESE DIFFICULTIES.”

Remember;

When you go for WAR, the first thing to look out for is the EXIT. It is not how you get into a problem that matters but how you GET OUT.
