Future of a country lies in a classroom. Motivation, Communication, and Discipline are the basic building blocks of a classroom constructed with some strategies and skills by a teacher for building within each student the strength and ability to live a happy, healthy, and productive life in the classroom.
Students live and learn in the classroom whereas, in workshops, students can visit and see. What a student can learn in few hours, is undone in CR for a year. Actually workshops are not meant for Learning, meant for display of what learned in a CR.

Classroom is a heterogeneous where all categories, mindsets, family setups, different environments, caste, religion and regional languages...
From such a differences, would a child learn more skills or from a display?
What one can learn from an exam hall extra?. This is the reason why do cost of Education going up?. These are small and small expenses for the big benefit of some unknown organisers.
Who is shining well? Rural class or urban class children in excelling exams? Those children who attend such workshops, where do they stand?
Children rather learning passion towards learning they start learning shortcut learning methods and getting addicted to such a fashion learning.
A teacher mode of teaching is different from the workshop, new teacher. Students get confused. Very sorry to say, in the name of simplification of the subject, children learn more shortcuts. Due to which, the passion towards learning is leaning. Also Teacher's respect.

ஒரு நாட்டின் எதிர்காலம் வகுப்பறையில் உள்ளது. உந்துதல், தொடர்பு மற்றும் ஒழுக்கம் ஆகியவை வகுப்பறையில் மகிழ்ச்சியான, ஆரோக்கியமான மற்றும் பயனுள்ள வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்வதற்கான வலிமை மற்றும் திறனை ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்குள்ளும் கட்டியெழுப்ப ஒரு ஆசிரியரால் சில உத்திகள் மற்றும் திறன்களுடன் கட்டப்பட்ட வகுப்பறையின் அடிப்படை கட்டுமானத் தொகுதிகள் ஆகும்.
மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறையில் வாழ்ந்து கற்றுக்கொள்கிறார்கள், அதேசமயம், பட்டறைகளில், மாணவர்கள் சென்று பார்க்கலாம். ஒரு மாணவர் சில மணிநேரங்களில் கற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கூடியவை, ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு CR இல் செயல்தவிர்க்கப்படும். உண்மையில் பட்டறைகள் கற்றலுக்கானவை அல்ல, CR இல் கற்றுக்கொண்டதைக் காட்டுவதற்காக.

வகுப்பறை என்பது அனைத்துப் பிரிவுகள், மனநிலைகள், குடும்ப அமைப்புகள், பல்வேறு சூழல்கள், சாதி, மதம் மற்றும் பிராந்திய மொழிகள்...
அத்தகைய வேறுபாடுகளிலிருந்து, ஒரு குழந்தை அதிக திறன்களைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வானா அல்லது ஒரு காட்சியில் இருந்து கற்றுக்கொள்ளுமா?
தேர்வு கூடத்தில் இருந்து ஒருவர் கூடுதலாக என்ன கற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்?. கல்விச் செலவு அதிகரிக்க இதுவே காரணம்? சில அறியப்படாத அமைப்பாளர்களின் பெரிய நன்மைக்காக இவை சிறிய மற்றும் சிறிய செலவுகள்.
யார் நன்றாக பிரகாசிக்கிறார்கள்? சிறந்த தேர்வில் கிராமப்புற வகுப்பு அல்லது நகர்ப்புற வகுப்பு குழந்தைகள்? அத்தகைய பட்டறைகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் குழந்தைகள், அவர்கள் எங்கே நிற்கிறார்கள்?
குழந்தைகள் கற்றல் மீதான ஆர்வத்தைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வதற்குப் பதிலாக, அவர்கள் குறுக்குவழி கற்றல் முறைகளைக் கற்கத் தொடங்குகிறார்கள் மற்றும் அத்தகைய பேஷன் கற்றலுக்கு அடிமையாகிறார்கள்.
ஒரு ஆசிரியர் கற்பித்தல் முறை, பட்டறை, புதிய ஆசிரியர் என்பதிலிருந்து வேறுபட்டது. மாணவர்கள் குழப்பம் அடைவார்கள். மிகவும் வருந்துகிறேன், பாடத்தை எளிமைப்படுத்துதல் என்ற பெயரில், குழந்தைகள் அதிக குறுக்குவழிகளைக் கற்றுக்கொள்கிறார்கள். இதனால், கற்றலின் மீது நாட்டம் குறைகிறது. ஆசிரியரின் மரியாதையும் கூட.
