You don’t employ caregivers because of her QUALIFICATION at this level rather you employ caregiver with immeasurable character.
She must have a lot of TOLERANCE with kids.
Employing caregivers with BSC holder or whatever certificate is a waste of resources at this level.

✅ Does she has enough patience to tolerate weaknesses from kids?
✅ Can she bend her rules to the rules of the kids in classroom?

✅ Can she sing rhythms that will catch the attention of the kids into learning?
✅ Does she understands how to balance her personal emotions with her classroom performance?
Here are vital INTERVIEW questions to ASK before employing a caregiver.

You don’t hire a risk into the classroom in the name of TEACHING.

After closing, get them a REPORT BOOK where they summarize daily report of the week.
Wherever they need the school to assist, let them write on the report book.
This book will help you have a constant communication with them.
It helps to assist them with every necessary tools needed to be consistent in their work.
Don’t joke with your PRESCHOOL classes.
Don’t joke with your FOUNDATION.
These is where all other areas are BUILT effectively.

The structure will begin to wax stronger than you think.
